Here we are. At the starting point of the journey, which I believe will change the world. It is because we believe that we have found something about online media and publishing. Currently many traditional media organisations are lacking the inspiration to truly develop something that will make the world better. Just look at News Corporation and their scandal from last summer. Meanwhile a bunch of startups has taken on the real time aggregation of your social feeds, though Publishzer feels better. It feels like you truly are creating tangible magazines.

In addition, readers are drowning in a world of content. Billions of content pieces are created everyday on the internet and no way can I browse through all of them. So we asked to ourselves, wouldn’t it be nice to have a tool to organize and share most of this content. A place to save all the amazing articles, photos and videos that inspires you online. Beside now you do not have to be sticked on feeds to keep up with the news.

Finally we see there are lot of opportunities on making advertising better. Ads are great, thou only when they are relevant enough to be information. Not when ads are shouting at you to do something.

Publishzer has now been under development for 5 months. I love our team behind the project. Innovation comes from people meeting up in the hallways or calling each other at 10:30 at night with a new idea, or because they realized something that shoots holes in how we’ve been thinking about a problem. And thats what we are doing. Each evening we talk hours on the phone, code rest of the evening and repeat this the next day. That’s how inspired we are to get this done.
